Building and facilities are nice, majority of the staff is friendly and there are tons to do for the kids and adults.
On the negative side, there are queues everywhere, some of the staff purposely keeps talking in Polish despite the fact that I am speaking in English. Reception didn’t know about my down payment for presentation and wanted to charge me the whole amount. Food and drinks are very pricey. And sometimes it was very dirty in the restaurant, room etc.
Gebäude und Einrichtungen sind schön, die Mehrheit des Personals ist freundlich und es gibt viel zu tun für die Kinder und Erwachsenen.
Auf der negativen Seite gibt es überall Warteschlangen, einige der Mitarbeiter sprechen absichtlich weiter auf Polnisch, obwohl ich auf Englisch spreche. Die Rezeption wusste nichts von meiner Anzahlung für die Präsentation und wollte mir den gesamten Betrag in Rechnung stellen. Essen und Trinken sind sehr teuer. Und manchmal war es sehr schmutzig im Restaurant, Zimmer etc.

The breakfast buffet is a fantastic option! I recommend adding it to your stay. Room and common areas were all very clean and well maintained. The Spa area is great, but unfortunatelly not designed for so many guests.
It was our 4th stay in your hotel and I guess that not the last one. :)
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eine fantastische Option! Ich empfehle, es zu Ihrem Aufenthalt hinzuzufügen. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume waren alle sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Spa-Bereich ist toll, aber leider nicht für so viele Gäste ausgelegt.
Es war unser 4. Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel und ich denke, das war nicht der letzte. :)
